Buyer guides
Short, specific guidance that makes the spreadsheet useful beyond a list of links.

Review fit, material, color, hardware, stitching, and sizing risk before opening the catalog.
Click a category link to continue browsing and complete checkout on the linked StreetStyle catalog.
Compare shoulder width, chest, sleeve length, and total length. Leave room if the jacket will be layered over a hoodie.
Check toe shape, heel symmetry, tongue padding, sole height, and measured insole length if you are between sizes.
Prioritize pieces that work in multiple outfits, have clear detail photos, and include enough sizing information.
Sugargoo buying guide
Buying through Sugargoo is easier when you treat it as a guided shopping workflow: find a product link, review the details, let the agent purchase it, inspect warehouse QC photos, then choose international shipping.
Start with Reddit, Discord, r/FashionReps, r/Sugargoo, and curated spreadsheets. Sugargoo is a buying agent, not the seller, so you need a product link from a supported marketplace before you can order.
Copy the product URL into Sugargoo search. If you only have a photo, use reverse image search to find similar listings and compare options before adding anything to your cart.
Review every option on the product page, including color, size, version, and seller instructions. If sizing is unclear, leave an order note with your preferred size or measurement request.
Some items have multiple versions with different materials, shapes, or quality levels. Use catalog images, Yupoo albums, community reviews, and comparison posts before choosing a batch.
Stock photos are not enough. Use QC photo tools and community finds to inspect real images of the item, including shape, stitching, color, logos, hardware, and any paid detail photos shared by other buyers.
Add the item to cart and check weight, dimensions, domestic shipping, service fees, and international shipping estimates. For shoes, removing the box can reduce volume and lower the final shipping price.
After payment, Sugargoo assigns an agent and buys from the seller. Watch for status changes such as process pending, purchased, seller sent, and warehouse received.
When the item reaches the warehouse, inspect the QC photos before you ship. Check sizing, defects, color accuracy, symmetry, labels, and whether the product matches the listing.
Once you approve QC, select a shipping line based on speed, price, reliability, and parcel restrictions for your country. Faster lines usually cost more, so compare the estimate before confirming.
Confirm the shipment, pay the international shipping fee, and use the tracking number to follow the parcel until it reaches your address.
Do not rush the QC step. A few minutes checking photos and measurements can prevent returns, exchanges, or expensive shipping mistakes later.
